I'll explain:

PLOT:

Harvest Moon Chronicles is based off of Harvest Moon, the video game series. It is a fan-made internet show. Most Episodes only consist of 7 or 6 minutes. The actual plot of Season 1, is that it introduces main characters and relationships. It gives hints to tie together later seasons. Season 2 shows the true point of the story line. In the actual plot, years before the Harvest Goddess died as a sacrifice for her village when they were suffering from famine and drought. After being killed, she could come back as a god if she went into the future and collected the heart fragments of certain children. She did, and they became known as the heart drops. They held all the islands together, and prevented the horrible disaster from happening again. But, if in the got into the wrong hands, who knows what would happen? Meanwhile, a young girl who was suffering heard of the legend, and decided that she could be happy if she were to take over the world, but to do that, she needed the heartdrops. She, for the next 3 years, plotted the attack on the peaceful islands. When she starts her attack, it is season 2, when the islands begin to die. And Chelsea races against time to collect the heart drops before Alisa finds them. Because, Leia, The Heart Guardian, who protected the heart drops, lost them. After she collects most of them, except for the Orange and Red Heart drop, she heads back to the islands to recheck for heart drops. This is where 'The Prophecy' The first HMC Movie begins. In the movie, Chelsea explores the island and finds many creepy things, and reencounters some friends, who turn out to be enemies, while trying to find and save her kidnapped friends, and destroy all Heartless. She eventually saves them, and then destroys the heartless, get all the heart drops, returns them to the goddess, and Mia uses her necklace to help. Everything is once again restored, and everyone has their weddings. But when Mia and Shea are getting married, Mia dissapears/fades away after she says I do. Continuing into season 3, Chelsea wants to help get Mia back, so she brings forth all her friends, and they all manage to pull Mia out of the world which she had been forced into. But, she appears to be in a Coma-like mode, where she will not wake up. Chelsea then collects certain jewels out of the other female islanders. If she can collect them all, she can obtain a miracle to awaken Mia. This season focuses more on Character development and some of the girls get pregnant. After she collects them all, Mia only awakens for awhile. Season 3 also shows another possible ending, where Grace, a dead girl, posesses Pansy and explains a dreadful past to Chelsea. Then, thanks to Alisa, chaos runs wild on the islands, and much blood is split. Almost everyone dies, after an earthquake, then Chelsea and Alisa, are the last survivors, and they fight to the death. Alisa wins and gets the last heart drop. But, Grace, with her god-like powers, resets time and everything is fine. It continues into season 4, dealing with Alisa's aftermath, Showing the villagers aging, giving birth, getting pregnant and living a normal life. Later, Chelsea's child attends a magical school.
