I'm a 28 year adult female bald eagle that was wounded in a collision with a vehicle! Veterinarians found that I would no longer be able to fly due to my injuries, so since 2000 I've been living at the National Eagle Center in Wabasha Minnesota! My mission is to foster environmental stewardship, but for several years this guy in the picture holding me is Bob my Vietnam Veteran buddy! He and I have been wounded and we visit hospitals where we meet other wounded warriors! Follow me and Bob plus many others that feel the theraputic wind beneath my wings.
