Thank you for document Harold progress. Your videos have helped me (and Bandio) a lot.

The first veterinary rehab facility in my city is just opened, before that, the only source of rehabilitation exercises my dog had, were your videos and another sources on Internet.

Bandio currently enjoys Marta's care twice a week, with a pool, treadmill, massages, etc. the whole package.

After two and a half months of paralisys, without deep pain, and no sign whatsoever of recovery, his progress has been astonishing.

Again thank you very much.

The surgery was performed as an emergency. I woke up on a Monday morning and found him unable to stand on his rear legs. I rushed him to the vet who sent me to a neurologist who told me I had to decide between surgery and euthanasia. I might have wanted to try the therapeutic care that he is now receiving but I wasn't offered that option. We've been very fortunate in finding Integrative Pet Care. Harold's been in post surgical rehabilitation and now IVDD therapy since mid-February. We are optimistic that he will regain the ability to walk. But he also has a fine time running around in his wheels. So if he doesn't walk again, he can still run around. He seems happy. I don't think euthanasia is an option. Good luck on your dog. What is the cause of his paralysis?

Do you think the surgery was worth it? And how long after his injury did you have the surgery? My dog has been paralyzed since June and all the doctors we have been to says it's too late for surgery but I have found a veternarian school close by that is willing to do it. We have tried everything from chiropractice care to acupuncture. Nothing has seemed to help. I feel like surgery would be our last option.
