I agree with you but I still think that if they weren't so desperate to please MW fanboys, they could prolly squeeze in some more rpg elements. i mean ME2 sometimes seemed like a dumbed down version compared to ME1. and im kind of afraid that ME3 is headed into that same direction....

true it is pretty cool but as long as the walls + the door itself are not made of bedrock (which is impossible to make) anybody with a pickaxe can just walk right in. that's why one might call it useless. good luck with your redstone btw ;)

its definitely the angle. when it's deactivated one side of the hilt is turned slightly toward his body. when he activates it he also turns it outwards giving you the full view. don't worry your not crazy ;)

he says "gottle o'gear". very short explanation: ventriloquists apparently sometimes have trouble saying bottle of beer => it sounds like "gottle o'gear". moriarty uses Watson as puppet (ventriloquist) therefor makes him say this. If you want more info just look it up.
