The shading and all the proportions are great, but I have one suggestion. As an archer I know where the hand ends up when the bow is being pulled. Instead of the hand pulling the bow at the chest, its actually at the cheekbone.

good job, I like that you use pictures as well as speed drawing. I suggest(if you have the money) to buy some copic sketch markers, many artists I know on Youtube are using them successfully and getting a lot of views(in the thousands). I have some myself after saving for about a year and a half.
