"Born Again" in High Quality.
My original account HampsterStyle was suspended for copyright infringement due to a bogus claim from Viacom, Inc. in April 2008 after I posted the intro to GTAIV. What makes this even more disturbing is that they hold no rights to said works (I researched it). This was the second time Viacom had made a claim of this nature so they suspended my account. Coincidentally, each bogus claim came at the exact timing when Viacom, Inc. was announcing litigation against Google, Inc. Since my original account had well over 4 million views I can only think they (Viacom) were targeting high traffic accounts to attack as well. I mainly post video game intros, endings, and trailers for the sake of interest and public commentary. This is not only protected under the doctrine of "Fair Use" but can only serve in the interest of said games and copyright holders.
