I chose to do this book because I saw that many people, Nuwaupians included did not truly overstand the case against Dr. Malachi Z. York. I waited thinking that it was the job of another to do, not realizing that it was my job to bring Dr. Yorks case to the eyes of the world in book form. It is not my intention to rebut everything that is said by the many who slander The Master Teacher although I shall touch on some of their remarks. Nor is it my intention to give you a full History (Ourstory) of the Nuwaupians for that would result in a very large book or even volumes. It is my goal to show you how Dr. York was Illegally Incarcerated.
This book should be used as a tool to 'Set The Record Straight,' get it into the hands of as many people as you can.
On Wednesday, May 8th 2002 in the parking lot of a K-Mark shopping Center in Milledgeville, Georgia at 2:45 PM he was violently attacked; the windows to his car were smashed with the butts of machine guns and rifles. Dr. York and the three women who were with him were forced out of his vehicle, thrown onto the ground and dragged along pieces of shattered glass. Guns were cocked and held firmly to their heads pressed against the hot concrete, by more than 10 heavily armed law enforcement officers. He was on the ground, handcuffed and taken into custody where he remains to this day.
Shortly after Dr. York was arrested the American public witnessed the largest raid ever seen in the United States of America take place on 404 Shady Dale Road in Eatonton, Georgia. The raid involved over 300 heavily armed agents from the F.B.I, the Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire Arms agency, the G.B.I, the Putnam County Sheriff Department, Newton County Sheriff Department, the Jones County Sheriff Department, and the Baldwin County Sheriff Department armed with machine guns, head mask, and tear gas. This raid was triggered by a federal investigation of someone by the name of "Dwight D. York" according to the arrest warrant.
