There should not be a ban on smoking anywhere but if you f12y14n25 says no smoking in your own home, thats ok, but you should not tell your neighbor that he or she should ban smoking in their home, thats what it is all about, you may choose no, your neighbors says yes.
In pubs etc. it should be up to the owner(s) whether they allow smoking indoors or not and where.
Cinemas... well i´m a smoker but I can watch the movie without a cig but in the foyer I want to be allowed smoking, at the toilet I wont smoke, only in the foyer. At the same time I turn of my mobile (cellphone) cos others finds it annoying with all those ringtones going of all the time.By the way I live with a nonsmoker and we have an agreement, I smoke in the kitchen and the cellar, nowhere else and we allow our guests to smoke in the same places.Beause we dont want our guests to feel unwellcomed.

Saw "Taxman video" Phil, 6 packs last a week? Last me 3 days max...My government claims we are in a financial hardship...Please don't make me laugh when a pack will cost up to $8.00! I spend on an average $280.00 a month which equals too $3,360.00 a year on cigarettes...But I enjoy smoking & if the cost does not stop me? Nothing will after 36 years. I will quit when I'm dead! Our Minister Of Health is under attack because he and the healthcaresystem allowed crap doctors from abroad to pratice in Denmark. Obiously he hasn´t any control what so ever. So why should we believe what they say.
