About this user

Josh D'Aguiar, a.k.a. Haf n' Haf, was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Soon after his birth on March 6th, 1993 it was apparent he had more than a love for music. At the age of 3 his father introduced him to hip-hop and had him listening to such artists as Slick Rick, Wu-Tang, and Nas. By age 12 he started writing his own lyrics and performing original songs at school talent shows. As the years past, both his musical taste and skill continued to develop.
At 15 he earned the chance to record a few tracks at a local studio. Recordings, such as "Robotical", got the attention of the local masses and with that, his fan base started to grow. Soon after he auditioned for the Toronto Youth Day Festival and was well received by the promoters. In fact, Haf n' Haf performed one year later at the 2011 Youth Day Festival and was interviewed by Global Television (his performance was also featured within the same broadcast).
During this time, Haf n' Haf continued to explore other avenues and became the front man for a guitar-based band named, "Almost Saints". It was in this capacity that he met producer/musician A. Wells who was also a member of the band. After winning a few battle of the bands competitions, Haf n' Haf and Wells began working together in the studio. The product was the creation and release of Haf n' Haf's first mixtape, Titled, "The Surreal" which created both a local and international "buzz".
Haf n' Haf continues to prove himself as a live performer. He has a smooth delivery coupled with a unique lyrical style. In short, "he comes out strong, steals the stage every time, and is in demand".
