My "country" is wrong, my "age" is wrong, even my "name" is wrong.
But *I* am right.
Interests
I have many, many too many to name them here, but that is not even my intention.
At this point, my main "interest" is my privacy - EVERYONE's rights to privacy and free choice.
I do not like Google''s extortionist attitude towards users of this website: that we cannot be active members of this site without a Google account.
I have a Google account. In fact, I have several.
I have only a vague idea of what they want to achieve by the compulsory linking of accounts. And I am not some paranoid nut.. It's the PRINCIPLE that I oppose.
Which is why I do not anticipate coming back and commenting on all the lovely things people are, and will be, presenting here. Pity, because I love expressing my admiration to those who deserve it.
So, I have linked my YouTube account to a Google account only to log in and write this.
After it's done, I'll end my subscription.
Why bother writing this?
Because I have found - much to my surprise, even astonishment - that this community attracts some of the most cultured, polite and kind - wonderful - people on the WWW.
All other forums and "community" sites have been a huge disappointment.
Here, I have met truly great people.
You know who you are. ;)
