Recently the RIAA have been taking action against anyone who downloads music. In some cases they have even taken old women and young children to court and sued them for thousands of dollars. The internet is a great place for new artists to distribute their demos or unreleased material and to share it with others, either for feedback or just because they understand that the Internet is about sharing. We have taken it upon ourselves to battle the RIAA. We have set up a site where artists can continue using the Internet to share their music. As our site is hosted within its own Republic, this falls outside of the jurisdiction of the RIAA and there is nothing that they can do about it.
