About Me:
Dubstep scene in very short period, jumping performance and cutting edge
dance energy.
Rift is a project developed in 2010 by five individuals from Croatia, Sibenik.
Tin Spahija, Luka Bedrica, Pasko Bisaku, Ive Peran and Sime Bilic
are gifted young musicians who saw the possibilities in
combining, converting and crossovering many sounds and effects
within the rift of their imagination and were eager to draw it out.
Rift name originated from idea of crossovering different styles and
genres of music with dubstep and drum and bass. Heavy basses and
fast breaks make this band very different from other bands
in Croatia.
First releases were "Suck My Turret" and "Sexophobia" on label
Dirt, Lies and Audio Black and were supported by many artists
and djs in Croatia like Implant, Jan Becele, Port 13, Bass Matters Crew,
Bananasplit and many others. Ambition is to go worldwide and introduce
people with Rift Project and include many others in our band of djs and
producers.
Working on many different projects including hip hop, rap and jazz
and trying to convert them into dark and noisy dancing atmospheres.
We are recording an EP called "AcusticoPhobia" where we will present
a crossover of rock, metal, trance and electro in Dubstep and DnB.
Try to show people how their worst fears sound in music.
We are traveling up and down the country performing and making people
like what they hear. So watch out, here we come !
