HIV - Science in Action is now the subject of a BBC London Inside out film, which was screened on September 19, on BBC1. The programme showed members of the UK African Microbicides Working Group grilling scientists about the work they are doing, as they were shown around the laboratories at St George's, University of London, before following researchers Martha Stefanidou and Trish Fletcher on a visit to support centre Positively Women, in Islington, as they found out how HIV advocates are taking sexual health messages to the community.
