Michael Stachowski (born 1976), better known as DUS, is a budding American record producer from New Jersey. He was originally exposed to music by spending time around his father who used to play the trumpet. While originally trying to find fame as a DJ he soon realized that he was more skilled as a producer and decided to switch focus from DJing to producing. His producing name is derived from his earlier name, Mydus.

DUS currently has a style that can't be categorized. Although, he has stated that his favorite producers and largest musical influences are RZA, Dr. Dre and DJ Premier. Freshly appointed one of the in-house producers for Angelz Inc DUS has also recently worked with emcees such as JoJo Pellegrino, Ceazar, Killah Priest & John Robinson.

For DUS it's all about the love for Hip-Hop and making movements in a positive way.
