12/1/09 After a chaotic first P3 wk on the road, and a scale malfunction-induced meltdown, I have maintained well without any noted issues around 206 which is below my LIW!

12/6/09 Still maintaining effortlessly around 205/206, dropping to 203 and having to make myself eat a little more (life is hard....lol)
12/13/09 Still maintaining without a glitch, through texmex, margaritas, and more. Have found nothing that I'm sensitive to, but overall I'm eating healthy and clean. Basically P3 with good carbs....oatmeal, Ezekiel bread, no white sugar if I can help it!

12/21/09 Continue to maintain on PP3 (post P3) Still no sensitivities. Had sugar, starch and alcohol in same meal without a glitch! I'm intentionally pushing the envelope to try to find sensitivities. I'm just continually amazed. Ready to start Round 2. I'll load on New Years and start VLCD on Jan 3rd.
