If I may ask - why did you sell it? I just purchased a La Pavoni Professional. While I love it I haven't gotten around to selling my Rancilio. I find them both so different but good at the same time.

@aldibruno What about lifting the lever again? I heard if you can do this and pull 2 shots under 30 seconds it can still be successful. Well done video by the way. I have a brand spanking new La Pavoni (which sits side by side with my Rancilio).

@noremote I know for sure that espresso does NOT have as much caffeine as Turkish coffee. I prefer both. Enjoy :-)

i bought my La Pavoni Professional about a week ago and I rush home to try to perfect my shot. I drink half of what I "create" A week later I can honestly say that I am happy I didn't rush to sell my rancilio silvia. It's still a work in progress. Good Luck!
