If you do them fast it's good cardio. I recommend do 40 reps, pause 15-30 seconds, then 30, pause for 10-20 seconds, then 30 and if you want to do more wait 1-3min and repeat as much as you want

@ddioppp I agree it is a problem, but I think the main problem is that some people with ADHD may abuse Adderall since it has a high addiction potential, but even people such as this still need it regardless of their drug abuse history.
