Do one solely on triceps now please! And also, how long did it take you to get where you're at? I don't care about getting there fastly, but i've been training for 5 months, i'm 17, and i'm only using 25lb dumbbells right now and I would like to know if i'm at a good pace or not. Thanks!

Mike, I love all your vids and they've seriously helped me come a looooong way! You got me into working out in the first place. After getting Crohns disease I realized that even teens need to worry about their health. Thanks for all the free information and keep on helping other people like me!

@Hammy0924 Yeah, they cheaped out on the production of this new album but hopefully the one their making now will be recorded with really excellent quality. I mean, they can definitely afford to have an album done properly.

Djent basically is that tight, crunchy, "metal" sound plus lots of chugs, but with a whole lot more harmony.

Mike, I really need to know what you think about working out more than once in a day. I prefer doing select muscle training so I usually only work 1-2 muscle groups at a time, but that doesn't really leave me with much time to work each group if i'm working out once a day.
