This is directly translated from a interview or something of the nature medicine-man I went to, hopefully you'll get the basics down. This is not easy stuff:

His, Ragnar Refsdal, diagnosis can't detect virus, but it shows the electric resistance that the organs expose;

Our cells in our bodies are electric, and this electric tension maintains by among other things intake of nourishment. It's the same with the intestines. When the intestines gets destroyed, won't the liver get the necessary supply of nourishment. This causes again to that we're get pronounced (huh?) tiredness, fatigue and also often pain.

In the process of the curing/treatment:

Eye-diagnosis is the first step in the treatment. Afterwards will he check the electric resistance in the different organs in our body. If you have high resistance, then you have a sick body, and vice-versa.
To adjust the weaknesses, will the different organs be stimulated with help of ear-acupuncture (which is a n electric treatment) and neutralizes the high resistance, so the normal tension gets back again.

The treatment can be compared with chraging of partial out-burnt batteries. The home-treatment can contain homeopathic medicine, garlic-tablets or a "clear" type f herb tea.

I decided to make a little Christmas video, since it's
Christmas! Also, it's been a while since I posted a video
showing ME playing. Don't take this video so seriously,
it's sloppy playing at some places, but hey, it's just
made for fun. :)

The reason I haven't made a cover for a while is
because I got a virus which is very similar to "fatigue
syndrome", but not that worse. I had almost no energy
to do anything for 2 months (October to now lately), but
at least I'm better now!

So this is the first full-length song I show you that I play. The result of the video itself didn't came up what I hoped it should be like. I recorded almost all of the guitar parts on several clips, I wanted to make a video with split screens, or PIP's, but of course, I don't have any movie-editor program that supports that but Windows Movie Maker which is just crap to edit over 1 minute-ish videos.

You can probably hear that I'm hugely inspired by old-school thrash metal. If you did, then congratulations!

It's some mistakes,sloppiness, VIDEO OUT OF SYNC + noise I don't want to have in some places, so sorry for that.

Today I got a telephone from a guy which was a Music Supervisor or something. We talked for around 20 minutes, and after that we agreed that he wanted to use parts of this song in a Norwegian act-movie which has premiere in Oslo March 20th, 2009!

This is the one and only song I made when I was ill. Actually, I'd no inspiration during the 2-3 months I was ill, but after I watched the "Get Thrashed" documentary, I got so much inspiration, so I made this song. It may be some sloppiness and some weak parts, but if you're looking away from that, I think it's pretty cool.

This is also a instrumental version. I'll probably re-record this song, and also edit some parts + and add some vocals to it (if I feel to do it).

This was filmed a half year ago, at our end of jr. high-ceremony. All of us have played in a band together except for the double-bass player. We thought this song would be perfect for this ceremony, so we decided to do a acoustic version of it, which went out pretty good! I'm very proud over the result.

First video of 2008 ^^ This time with my explorer too! It's been a year and a month since I used my explorer on a video here, so I hope you liked it!

This song is also made 100 % by ear, so it may have some mistakes, but I think it's good. I DON'T SEND TABS!

The strings on the explorer is old (from june or something), so they're very loose.

Ps: The video and the audio is separated recorded, so some places in the video doesn't fir to the audio (added pinch harmonics and a missing pick slide)

Overall, I think it's good enough to be posted here.

It's some mistakes with the timing some places, but it's been a hard week at school, so my whole body is very tired.

The sound is recorded into my Line 6 TonePort GX. No amp and distortion is used.
