Cool video but you forgot to mention the old COX and Testors gas powered Dragsters and Funny Car's from the 70's! Those cars are what really started R/C drag racing! :)

Where did you get those? Are they the old COX cars?

You got a cool little car there but In order to make a tether car actually go around in circles, you need to make sure the tether is in the proper location and when you launch the car, you need to also push the car a little towards the outside of the circle.

Sorry to burst your Bubble there racer4560, but that is not the worlds smallest engine!!! Worlds smallest engine production wise was the COX .010 Look it up.

How did the foam tires hold up on the asphalt ? I am working on a .049 powered tether car but don't know if the 1/24 scale foam slot car tires will get torn up to quickly.

That's a very cool Thimble Drome Prop Rod!! I have a 1978 Cox Shrike that I recently restored. It's all original including the Babe Bee .049 that I over hauled with parts from coxengines.ca

I will post a video response on my Shrike running at a local school.

They are both Epiphone L.P. Standards! A lot of people think Gibson's sound better than Epiphone's but when properly setup, there is no difference!! I own some Gibson's as well and I have played Epiphones that have blown Gibson guitars away!
