Nice shot man, 13th try but not bad at all and you're using a recurve not a compound so it must be alot harder than it looks...I did the same shot at 20yards with a 3/4 in. PVC on my 4th try:) but I was using my compound..I love doin trick shots too, just good old fun!

@2nightstalker-that's what I'm thinkin...ROFLOL! But hey, can't blame the kid for trying. Atleast he gets out and does things like a REAL kid should, most of these little runts now-a-days just sit on their lazy ass and cuss at the TV screen when they lose at video games! @OneRanAway- IMO you should start with a hunting bow if youre eventually gonna hunt, because target shooting set-ups are more expensive and with a hunting set-up you can still target shoot on a budget. But both compounds and recurves could be used for either style, usually recurve are cheaper to ...

@ckidsdad- hey I did the same to my WB seems to be even more accurate than before:) but even before I cut sections off it was still very accurate, I just wanted to get as much speed as I could out of it...and it worked:)

BTW, what's the draw length and pull on that bow?

@drokatm- oh I see, thanks for lettin me know man. Hey and ur right man, I just shot a Balloon from 150yrds with my G5 Quest Hammer Compound yesterday:) I set it to 70lb.DW & 29in.DL, it was pretty kool. Took me 3 shots tho, not too bad I guess..haha!

@bambihunter28- if there's no cracks in the limbs or any sign of major damage then you should be good to shoot still, my dad di the same to mine once and I socked him in the arm and told him never do that again! Lol but mine was still good to shoot after...just so long as you don't ever dry-fire ...
