I'm not sure if that fall was intentional or not at :48 but if it wasn't I love how the the 1st trumpeter played it off by kicking him and hopping away. Hilarious.
As you dropped your hips before the pull, you pushed the bar away with your shins Then your your hips lifted first as you pulled with a rounded back. You need to set your lumbar and thoracic into extension hard by raising the chest, not dropping the hips.
