As an incest survivor, and a domestic abuse survivor, I strongly relate to this song, have all the time since I first heard it, it hits home for me, "be careful of how you touch her, for she'll awaken, and sleep's the only freedom that she knows" is the absolute truth for me. I love this.

This is song is supernaturally beautiful.

This is a true classic, and so many people, including myself, can relate to it. I was abused at many levels as a child, and it speaks to my fragile side, yet points out the strength it takes to be a survivor. It's always been hauntingly beautiful, to me.

you gotta be in the right mood for this... and when I get this way.. Metallica is the ONLY music that reaches deep enough to touch me and transform me. Yessssss.
