Hi, and welcome to Grubco TV, home of 1980s Australian TV commercials - plus some other recently recorded TV bits.
I've always had a passion of old ads, selling products of yesteryear by companies some of which long gone. And now I can post them here for all to see.
These old ads have been ripped from my parent's VHS movie collection (200+ tapes), which began in 1981 when we bought a VCR to combat the Royal Wedding which Australians were forced to watch on EVERY channel!
The recorded movies ran with full ad breaks because most were taped late at night, but later we began editing the ads out.
I hope you enjoy watching these ads as much as I did ripping and posting them (and this is my second Grubco channel). To get a Most Viewed honor from YouTube makes all the countless hours worthwhile! MANY MORE ADS TO COME!

	broncosrbettathenu1 \| June 15, 2008 hi there you i must say have an unbelieveable range of videos you should be very proud umm i was wondering if you had the song that played at the rolling end credits to all 3 state of origin games in 2007 it was a beatiful song i do not know the name of and ive been looking over a year on and off the chorus has "i am the grassman" i believe i could be wrong he could be saying something else any help you have would be mostly appreiciated

	enobsacul \| June 14, 2008 Hey Grabco, You posted a Arnotts Sao Biscuit commercial from 1986 that I was in when I was a kid. I was one of the kids sitting around the table holding up Sao's. Left at the back. Cheers mate, that's gold. I haven't seen that since it was on the air. Let me know if you come across a Pizza Hut ad promoting Pan Pizza's when they were first introduced to Australia. It was on the air around 84, 85. I was also in that one and haven't seen that one since it was on the air either. Cheers, Lucas.
