About GroundUp Media Productions
GroundUp Media is a professional video production and photography company. The company was started in 2007 in by founding members Mike and Gareth and as its name suggests, it was literally built from the ground up! Initially only a video production company, GroundUp quickly expanded its service offering to include professional photography.
In 2010 GroundUp Media launched an exciting new division, GroundUp Media Aerial which specializes in aerial video and aerial photography using state of the art radio controlled drones. The drones are compact, portable and quick to deploy and convey a three dimensionality that cannot be achieved with traditional aerial and ground techniques. The drones provide a cost effective aerial video and photography service which has made the high cost of renting an actual helicopter and pilot with their no-fly zones a thing of the past.
