It's A Grind

Hi, I'm Lewis Fuller, and I own a internet coffee house in Lincoln Nebraska. Here's how it works. Coffee is a passion of mine and I've been working in the business since I was a wee little lad. I know the ins and outs of running a business and I can spot a great employee the moment they ask for an application.

Here's the catch! When I hire an employee they're asked to participate in our on-line blog. Where freedom of speech rings. They're asked to do a mandatory 2 blogs per week where they can talk about anything from working their shift to their life. Real people, real coffee, real life.

Like real life, your comments and your input can be heard. At the beginning of everyday they will be printed off and placed in the employees "Employee Locker." Nothing is off limits. So comment away!
