Yeah this REALLY shouldn't be compared to NIN. I definitely think trent started getting into these kinds of sounds later in his nin career but this has a more modern take, almost a faceless feel which is very different from the emotionally charged Nine Inch Nails.

This song has metaphors that refer to fisting but in that there is a larger metaphor that refers to how society (or human life itself) has become an excruciating quest to dig deeper for things that tickle our senses because we've been staring into the sun for too long.
