I contend that all content I submit is protected under fair use for commentary and criticism, and the YouTube Terms of Service.

The videos I upload and in the future upload are responses, nearly all of them, and of such nature as to contain the original content in its entirety for the purpose of context, quotation, and full disclosure. It is my assertion that it is a boon to provide the full content as context for commentary on the content, and that doing so prevents frivolous claims of quote mining the content, or editing for appearance, or out of context content. By providing the full context under the commentary, a better venue for criticism can be found.

I have chosen to use YouTube's annotations system for my commentary, for a number of reasons.
