Okay everyone, this is not a porno. It's just some cheesy 80's background music that was popular in it's day. I don't think Arnold banged Rachel McLish either. And yes, Arnold had to lay off the steroids for awhile for health reasons.

I must live on Mars because I never heard of this gym chain. Personally I'm hardcore and would never workout at a place like that. Although, I think it's good in a way because some people are intimidated and don't like all the extreme training.

@ManVsIron I agree with your statement. If you look at pictures of Reg Park and Arnold together, they are nearly identical. I don't think Park was using steroids in the 50's, but maybe I'm wrong.

Ever since growth hormone hit in the 90's, there is not a physique I like. Lee Haney was the last good bodybuilder. I saw Lee Haney's 8th Mr. Olympia in 1991, he looked like an ant besides Dorian. But Lee looked awesome and Dorian was just huge. I only follow natural bodybuilding now

Frank Zane is critical to bodybuilding. He is the ONLY Mr. Olympia winner that won on aesthetics rather than size. His physique shows a whole other aspect of bodybuilding that is overlooked.

@dinomodean I absolutely agree with your statement. People envy Arnold's build over Coleman or Cutler, that is why he still inspires so many people.
