I have a terrible graphics card that can barely run above lowest graphics, yet LOTRO's detect optimization sets everything to "very high". It can basically run Medium without Post-Processing.

@billlibong Actually, the servers are lagging because DICE performs maintenance on the servers commonly, and the Beta was released primarily as a "stress test" for the servers to see if they could handle the huge amount of players. They'll fix it on or before release.
