@skysammi1 Sorry for the late response, but did you make sure you put the "Downloads" folder in the right place , and did you make sure it was spelled right?

Hey so i just did the trick for the hair on the website. But ive gone onto my sims and they dont appear there when i wanted to create a sim? I had to make my own folder called Downloads but it hasn't imported into the game... what can i do?
