It's not strictly Halloween, but are you familiar with Fleischer's "Swing You Sinners!"? Some of the strangest and creepiest stuff EVER. Also check out "Bottles" from MGM (1936) if you haven't seen it. :-)

It's sad that so many people only know this from the Mystery Science Theater 3000 movie. It's a really good science fiction movie, unlike many of the "B" pictures the show made fun of.

@csheff15 If you have access to Blu-ray, the colors in this movie will blow you away. I've been watching this movie for at least 30 years, but seeing it in hi-def was liking seeing it for the first time. Go! Watch it! :-)

Obviously, no one here has seen the movie yet. But based solely on the trailer...it doesn't look that great. The trailers for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight had me dying to see the movies. This just makes me feel like, "Yeah, I'll probably see it at some point, but not on opening day or any...

I actually think it was pretty good. Who cares if Robocop doesn't kill people all the time? Is that all you took from the original film, which was full of great satire (and so is the t.v. series)?

Ha ha...love the old SLP "6 hour" speed on the VCR. Although now I wished I'd recorded more shows on the 2 hour speed, they would look a lot better after 25 years. :-D

I just saw Christopher Rich on a episode of Melissa & Joey. Man, I hadn't thought about The Charmings in years! Great old show.
