You're right, the Tangaras now have refurbished interiors with same seat fabrics as Millennium trains, OSCARs and Waratahs, as well as high-contrast yellow poles and handles. So no more vinyl seats (even though Tangaras originally had fabric seats in hard padding when introduced in 1988).
