ems stinger 4424 v3 spinning dizzy by hand with ignition on. have spark/fuel flashing. (dosent happen when cranking.. wtf?)

cranking my 4age with ems stinger 4424 v3 and quads.. fuel will flash once, so will spark, then nothing until u turn the ignition off and start again.
