I grew up in Louisiana, and I remember I used to HATE the French language because my grandmother would gossip with her brothers in French, and I would get angry because I couldn't understand it. :(

Twenty five or so years later, having learned a bit of French, I kinda wish I had paid more attent...

I don't know if it's just because the SDM crew (yes all of them) are my favorite characters, but this is easily the best so far.

@softrocksully You've got it right. This was recorded after John switched from lead guitar to bass, but before the band found a full time replacement (a local guy named Alan Curtis.) The lineup on this track is John, Nick, Roger, and Andy Wickett.

Grossly underrated song from a grossly underrated album.

@ToaJoe If you listen to some of Roosevelt's speeches from the same year, he pretty much calls Wilson out on his contempt for democracy, though not by name.

Yoshki should be #1, otherwise I got no complaints. You definitely picked the best song to demonstrate Yoshiki's talent with, though.

@kimjakal The original is also by Yoon Do Hyun. This is at least the third version. The first (mediocre) appeared on YDH's debut album. The second (mind blowing) was the only YDH original on the otherwise all covers fourth album. Covering himself, if you will.
