@Darkox Watch UFC 74, thats when GSP fought Koscheck for the first time, and completely out wrestled him.. In UFC 124 Koscheck said he was going to knock out GSP, and was dominated in striking. So yes GSP did beat him at his own game, twice, and in different styles of fighting.

He isn't saying to stay away from protein shakes, if anything he wants us to have more then one a day. If you watch a lot of his nutrition videos he has 4+ scoops of whey protein a day.

@kingkilla961 The guy behind him isnt lifting 505. You start at the 315lb bar then every 30 seconds you rotate to a higher weight until your reach 505lbs which is the max.

@cpdusmcdst9 as cool as it is that you can name a bunch of hockey players, that doesn't change that fact that approx 9% of the NHL is American whereas 56% is Canadian. If you want you can finish your list, and i can write out mine..
