This is one of my many attempts to lose weight...and it's the only thing that seems to be working.

When I return to school I will be updating more frequently and be able to stay on track more.

I recently found out that I have acid reflux and can't eat most of the foods that I love. At first that sounded like a punishment...but now I have come to see it as sort of a blessing. So now when I'm tempted to eat fatty foods I will have a reason to turn them down. Eating greasy, acidic foods make my stomach hurt so bad sometimes. There's like a list of foods for me to avoid (most of them are my favs). I will just have to get used to eating way way healthier than I have in th past. o_O
