@Primrose123100 From what I can make out so far, is that the Red Queen is Lizzie, Alice's sister. So, to add to result, the Queen's hands are burnt and demonic because of Lizzie's fate in the fire. That's what I think.

@larnalove2011 He wasn't using it to get clean. Gir was using it so he could get all greasy like his master. It was really random, if you ask me. ^_^
