El concurso de fotografía y audiovisuales de barrancos del GORGS acoge cada año las mejores instantáneas y
filmaciones de los participantes del gran encuentro y congreso de barranquismo en nuestro país.
Por otro lado, las nuevas cámaras sumergibles, la popularización de las herramientas informáticas
audiovisuales e Internet ha permitido que cada vez haya más barranquistas que editan sus videos
y fotos de forma amateur y los pongan en la red para que todos los vea, no importa de donde sean y cuando lo
vean.
Con unos cambios de formato, se quiere adaptar el concurso a esta realidad de libertad y globalización que
viven los reportajes de barranquismo. Evitando la saturación de actividades los días del encuentro y permitiendo
el acceso al material a todos de forma sencilla.
