Stories of how people have used technology to help in major natural disasters.
In February 2008, Google and Google.org hosted international development non-profits for an interactive discussion at our office in Washington, DC. Over lunch, case-study presentations and hands-on sessions, participants discussed the ways technology is changing the landscape of international development and learned how to take advantage of new tools for fundraising, communication, data visualization, and online collaboration. This is some of the video from the event.
