We do this at my gym except we do medicine ball squats in between the Bike and Knockout punches. Our session goes for about an hour (not doing this drill all the time) and he's right, it's devastating to your body. I nearly throw up and cant do another session for 2 days afterward.

@010010ryan A slip , in boxing at least, involves you dropping or slipping just under and outside your opponents jab or cross. A cross usually involves a duck/weave to evade. These guys were slipping over (rather than a knockdown which involves a count)
