Yogic Arts (right), created by Master Duncan Wong, comprises vinyasa (flow) yoga, martial arts and Thai massage principles. It's fun and challenging!
Traditional Thai massage or "Thai Yoga Massage" (videos below) is performed fully clothed, on a mat, on the floor. Combining assisted yoga and massage, it is a meditative and spiritual practice originating in Thailand's temples, a respected form of treatment in Thailand's medical centers; the physical application of "metta" (loving-kindness).
