Gold Summit Organization for Development of Eastern Culture, GSODEC was founded by Laoshi Erin D. Markle. GSODEC is the official representative for the City of Buffalo's Sister City relationship with Changzhou China. Starting in 2012, Laoshi Markle will be taking students and people from Buffalo to train and do exchanges in Changzhou with the Changzhou Martial Arts Association and local Martial Artists.

Gold Summit Institute in Buffalo, N.Y. is the facility that carries out the mission of GSODEC to spread the Chinese Arts and Philosophy for the purposes of excellent health, life improvement, education and bridging the gap between China and America.

Ba Zheng Dao Quan is a traditional Kung Fu style that includes qigong, meditation, fighting applications, Eastern philosophy and Chinese culture, acupressure and self massage, Chinese medicinal theory, and the art of tea.
