Cougars are often the winners in serious fights with bears. People I don't think understand that cougars actually defeat bears in most accounts. That's the way it is. Size means nothing in this fight. There are dozens of reliable records of cougars both male and female killing adult grizzly bears and black bears. For those who are misinformed I suggest you read the book "Cougar", visit your local librairy, or Google book search this. Cougars don't just intimidate bears like some of you idiots think or run bears off kills, and chase them away. In serious fights cougars have killed bears or both animals have died. The Cougar is the most underrated animal still. Perhaps it's the bs propaganda on youtube for the Dogo Argentino. Man can make a poodle beat a bear in a video, or a lab beat a lion. They market the dogo, through propaganda, defanging, declawing, drugging and doctoring videos in order to sell the dogo.. My family owns several dogos and I'll tell you the dogo stands no chance in hell against a cougar. It will die very fast. Dogos aren't even a match to pitbulls really and are a joke to lgds. But through propaganda of selling it, some people are stupid enough to actually believe a dogo has a shot against a cougar. 2 dogos chances against a tom cougar in the wild are slim to none. Then you have the mule and the cougar hoax I'm sure everyones read. Omg. Hunter already shot the cougar, then mule plays with the dead cougars body. If your stupid enough to believe that, then theres no hope for you. Snopes.com exposed that myth and the man himself said the cougar was already dead, and the mule then slung the body. But there are idiots who actually feed into the propaganda. Unbelievable. Lmao no mule or horse has any chance of escaping a cougars attack. Cougars frequently pick off horses and mules, which is why farmers hate them.

But aside from the lies and propaganda against the cougar. I'm sure anyone of intelligence noones what this cats about. (less info)
