Ich war zu besoffen als ich den Film gekuckt habe, ich glaube aber das er recht viele dumme Elemente hatte. Aber ich liebe es wenn man die Farben so raus nimmt, dadurch wirkt alles so richtig düster, also das mit der Atmo muss man Nispel echt lassen, dass hat er super drauf.

I just saw a short documentary on the Garden of Love DVD about the producers. Those 2 were a carpenter and a I think graphic colorist or something from bavaria and thought...

You guys are a little weird....OF COURSE those we're real animals, Buttgereit said this in many interviews, people freaked out but he always assured , that he just filmed the "regular" procedure and that rabbit was NOT killed especially for the film. Same with the seal. The cat was of course fake...
