So glad to see this. Stirred some deep memories. It was a great performance. In my recollection it seemed to just go on and for ever. (Is it an accurate memory it was 5 hours? - Probably not) I used to love hearing the Grateful Dead start up on stage. I know it's something I'll never hear again....

yeah -all that rain. We were all wearing pre-punk black bin liners to keep the rain off. Somebody was giving them out in large numbers. Pity I can't remember any bands - they were all my favourites. I think I remember Jefferson Airplane failed to show up, but wish I could remember those that did.

Christine McVie made one of the greatest contributions to British Music of the 70s. I listened to her from her Chicken Shack days.
I hope she's enjoying her well-deserved retirement and wish her well as I'm sure so many, many others do.
But wouldn't it be great if, even just once, she got back ...

Some real classics in here. The laid back tracks are great for some leisurely American cruising at 55, But as soon as they get upbeat it's time to get over to Europe, get on an autobahn and do some real driving at 100+. At 110 you really can be 'already gone'.

Got to get Grateful Dead's "Trucking" in there somewhere.
One of my favourite live bands from the 70s. We used to go see them in pubs all over east London. Why others shot to fame and SAP seemed to fade away is one of those things I could never work out. So nice to hear them here. Thanks for posting - really enjoyed.
