I'm an Asian, Indian and European mixed woman. I considered myself to be a spiritual being. I believe there is no need for temples or complicated philosophy. My own mind, body, and heart is my sacred temple. My philosophy is simple love and kindness. My favorite season is Summer, the only time of the year that I know I will feel warm in an otherwise cold and lonely world. I love warm climates. My favorite colors are yellow and red. To me yellow represents warmth, cheerfulness, compassion, love, opinion, and intellect. I have a need to understand everything. My purpose in life is to experience as much as possible in this lifetime and the lifetimes to come and to accomplish as much as I can, to grow and learn intellectually, and to empower others by example. I process life through my third eye. I am a unique and rare being. I was switched at birth and I'm an A Negative blood type. I'm Gluten sensitive. I'm extremely sensitive to real cold climates, smells, and loud noises. I avoid large crowds of people due to absorbing other people's energies and becoming overwhelmed. My greatest joy/passion is learning new things, being knowledgeable, studying space and science, forensics, and being able to communicate with all people no matter what race, religion or gender. I like to meet open minded people of all races and genders. I like to meet people who are mentally stimulated and have a thirst for knowledge for I am a truth seeker of all things. I like people who work hard and play hard like I do! I have two cats, Kyoshi and Sushi.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm most definitely sure we aren't alone in trying to stay in shape however there seems to be a lack of spreading useful/realistic knowledge to others who may have a difficult time doing so as well. Thus the inspiration of my blog
