My videos are centered around diplomacy as opposed to politics. To watch the Sri Lankan diplomats work to exonerate this nation from crude and baseless allegations of the EU lead western states is quite an experience. I believe my videos would better equip Sri Lankans to answer these unanswerable questions the west present us each day.
There is a big hype around people from America, the EU and the so called 'developed nations'. While they are extremely nice people (most of them), they are in NO WAY superior to us. just watch how our delegates spoke up at the UN 11th special session...try to understand the fact that our delegation swam upstream that day and went against unbeatable powers. Above all we emerged victorious!!!! While I stress on the fact that we need to have respect for every human being regardless of our differences, I reiterate that we should NOT fall for the "western superiority" myth that the likes of BBCwould have us believe.
