I have a 351 Cleveland i my F350 and it is so reliable and has never let me down. It is basically stock with a mild cam and still runs the original thermo quad carb with LPG and even has the original exhaust manifolds, because it is a bit hard to fit extractors in an F 350.

@NALE12 You're right, I'm a trade qualified spray painter, I can assure you & everyone else that is not the right way to fix rust and dents. Rust is like cancer and you need to cut out the affected area and replace it with new steel that has been seam welded in place, painted on the outside, rust...
