@091MW2 It says "Extra bullet damage versus killstreaks and turrets. Reduced flinch when you are shot". So normally your screen jumps at getting shot, this makes it much less noticeable so you can still aim pretty well and end up killing them anyway.

If you watch the first new gameplay it shows, you see him shoot down two guys with a silenced machinegun and then someone shoots him in the back, it looks like he doesn't flinch at all and just spins around to star...
